Williamston Police officers investigated the following incidents recently:

Nov. 14 – Randell Scott Libby, 51, 900 Cheddar Rd., Williamston was arrested for two outstanding warrants after officers observed him on E. Carolina St. T. A. Striss, L. E. Mulz investigated.

Kevin Chapman, C&W Enterprises, 620 Greenville Dr., Williamston reported someone broke the window on a 1999 Honda causing $125 in damage. T. A. Striss investigated.

Nov. 13 – Christopher Grover Rogers, 31, 207 McDonald Ave. Williamston was arrested for assault and battery 3rd degree after officers responded to the location in reference to a domestic dispute. E. T. Hutchins, K. D. Lollis investigated.

Nov. 13 – Michael Anthony Chapman, 38, 219 Tripp St., Williamston was arrested for outstanding bench warrant for driving under suspension and failure to return a suspended tag after he was picked up at the Greenville County Detention Center. D. M. Stipe investigated.

Nov. 13 – While investigating another incident, officers recovered a stolen tag from a vehicle that was broken down at 7 Ellison St. Sgt. B. C. Kelley investigated.

Nov. 12 – Stephen Tyler Raines, 19, 199 Mill St., West Pelzer was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of beer after a vehicle was observed on West Main St. with the passenger side headlight burned out. E. T. Hutchins, K. D. Lollis investigated.

Nov. 12 – Carlos Demetrius Cavis, 37, 2 Grassland Ln, Fountain Inn was arrested for an outstanding bench warrant for a fraudulent check after Constable Jerry Smith and Constable Chris Trotter observed a suspicious person in Mineral Spring Park. E. T. Hutchins investigated.

Nov. 11 – Jonathan Nicholas Zoch, 22, 6 Blake St,. Pelzer was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after officers observed a blue Toyota Scion on Main St., with no working tag light. Reports state officers found a hypodermic syringe, a pair of brass knuckles and a silver spoon with a white straw rapper stuck to it in the vehicle. A passenger, Nikke Lee Crook, (no additional information provided) was arrested for having an open container of beer in the vehicle. T. J. Richardson investigated.

Nov. 11 – Timothy Earl Williams, 408 E. Main St., Williamston reported someone stole a yard ornament from his front yard. The missing SC Gamecocks pin wheel was valued at $50. Sgt. B. C. Kelley investigated.

Nov. 11 – Shane Todd Jackson, 40, 208 Briar Ridge #E, Williamston was arrested for petit larceny after Teresa Lee Harris, 47, 7 Ellison St., Williamston reported that he had taken a gun from her front porch. D. M. Stipe, Sgt. B. C. Kelley investigated.

Nov. 11 – Clarence Lee McClellion, 58, 21 Norwood Dr., Williamston was arrested for driving under suspension, 2nd after a blue Ford Ranger was observed driving through a red light at Anderson Drive and Belton Dr. T. J. Richardson investigated.

Nov. 9 – Chavis Devoh Roberts, 113 Cherokee Rd., Williamston reported someone removed several items from his fathers vehicle while it was parked at Burger King, 905 Greenville Dr., Williamston. Forced entry was gained by knocking out the front passenger side window with an unknown object. Items removed included a Boost Mobile cell phone, several sets of tools valued at $300. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigted.

Nov. 9 – Dustin Lee Strelo, 35, 1167 Beech Springs Rd., Pelzer was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle and no seat belt after officer observed a green Chevrolet Truck on Minor St. with with the driver not wearing a seatbelt. T. A. Striss, L. E. Mulz investigated.

Nov. 8 – Randall Chad Bruce, 36, 303 Boiter Rd., Williamston was arrested for public disorderly conduct after a 1993 Nissan van was observed parked in the painted median in front of the West Main Shopping Center. Sgt. D. W. Bryant investigated.

Nov. 6 – Michael Brandon Saylors, 23, 415 Old River Rd., Pelzer was arrested for public disorderly conduct after coming to the Williamston Police Department in reference to his brother being incarcerated. Reports state Saylors was arrested after using profanity in a loud voice while in the lobby. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

Nov. 6 – William Curtis Marsh, 104 Tripp St., Williamston reported a moped valued at $900 stolen from in front of the residence Sgt. B. C. Kelley investigated.

Nov. 5 – Mary Ellen Carter, 65, 4 Shaw Dr., Williamston was arrested for shoplifting, trepass and littering after officers were dispatched to the Haven of Rest at 559 West Main St. in reference to a woman stealing clothes from the back loading dock. Officers found clothes valued at $100 in the back seat of her vehicle and a large box on the side of the road. T. A. Striss investigated.

Nov. 5 – Arthur Bernard Duckett, 50, 329 Pinecroft Dr., Taylors, was arrested for driving under the influence by West Pelzer officer Sargent after Sgt. K. J. Winn and K. D. Lollis of the Williamston Police Department responded to Hwy. 8 and Palmetto Rd., West Pelzer to assist Sargent with a traffic stop.

Nov. 4 – John Allen Bagwell, 60, 105 Roxanne St,. Williamston was arrested for driving under suspension 2nd after driving his vehicle to a safety checkpoint at Greenville Dr. and Tripp St. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Nov. 4 – Alec Josiah Finley, 18, Country Estates Rd,. Fountain Inn was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after a vehicle was observed turning onto Greenville Dr,. from South Hamilton St. without using a turn signal and without a working tag light. Finley was a passenger in the vehicle. Reports state a small multi colored glass pipe was found by officers in door handle. M. P Richardson investigated.

Nov. 4 – Adam Stewart Riggins, 32, 121 Donna Marie Dr., Piedmont was arrested for driving under suspension, no seatbelt and open container in vehicle after a Maroon Ford Explorer was stopped on Belton Drive because the driver was not wearing a seatbelt. T. A. Striss investigated.

Nov. 4 – Charles Bain, 53, 210 S. Green St. Williamston was arrested for driving under suspension after a black Jeep was observed turning onto S Green St., with no functional tail lights. M. E. Simmons investigated.

Nov. 4 – Oscar Solis, 26, 420 Simpson Rd, #23, Anderson was arrested for no South Carolina drivers license after a black Honda was observed on West Main St. T. A. Striss investigated.

Nov. 4 – Crystal Dawn Lowery, 32, 1399 Beaverdam Rd,. Williamston was arrested for public disorderly conduct and open container after officers responded to Fast Fuel, West Main St. T. J. Richardson investigated.

Nov. 3 – Tammi Jean Ervin, 40, 181 Kings Country Ln. Pelzer was arrested for two outstanding bench warrants, one for driving under suspension and one for possession of stolen goods. E. T. Hutchins investigated.
