Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
Mar. 14 – Tracy Dianne Knight, 48, and April Nicole Miller, 28, 200 Green Pine Way, Easley were placed on trespass notice from Greenville & Western Railway property after being observed walking slowly on railroad tracks between Mineral Spring Park and Williams St. L. E. Mulz investigated.
Mar. 14 – Two juveniles were advised not to climb on the tank at the US National Guard Armory. L. E. Mulz investigated.
Mar. 14 – A small suspicious fire was reported on the railroad tracks at Anderson St. and Broad St. Reports state an unknown person was seen but a description was unavailable. The fire was extinguished and there was no damage. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.
Mar. 9 – Thaddeus James Worrill, 25, 105 Connie Rd., Easley was arrested for driving under suspension and speeding after an Acura was observed traveling 44 mph in a 35 mph zone on West Main St., J. H. Smith investigated.
Mar. 10 – James Dennis Kimsey, 20, 202 McClanahan Rd., Liberty was arrested for simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a silver Ford SUV was observed turning from South Hamilton St. onto Royal Drive with no headlights on. Reports state a small baggie with approximately 1 gram of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a glass smoking pipe were found in his jacket. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.
Mar. 10 – Kandice Michelle Brown, 21, 11 Drake St., Pelzer was issued a summons for no seatbelt and operating an uninsured vehicle after a Ford Bronco was observed on Main St. L. E. Mulz investigated.
Mar. 10 – Manuel Jimenez, 39, 2 Starr Dr., Greenville was arrested for improper lights and no SC drivers license after a Toyota Tundra was observed on Main St. with defective equipment. J. H . Smith, Sgt. K. J. Winn investiagted.
Mar. 12 – Shirley Ressie Cook, 43, 222 Williamston Ct., reported medicine valued at $8 taken from a bag as she was moving out of the apartment. B. C. Kelley investigated.
Mar. 13 – Kristin Wallace Queen, 30, 116 Tripp St., Williamston reported $25 taken from a 2000 Topyota Camry. D. M. Stipe investigated.
