The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Dylan Conrad Fourney, 21, and charged him with one count of grand larceny in connection with the theft of copper and metal from Vulcan materials, 203 Brown Road in Piedmont.
Shortly after the disseminated information was made publice by local media outlets, calls began to come into Crime Stoppers, a Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said.
Investigators working the case were able to use the information provided by the concerned citizens to positively identify Fourney.
Fourney was located in the Greenville County Detention Center after having been arrested on March 4th, on an unrelated theft charge. Fourney is awaiting a bond hearing on the current charge.
