The Greater Williamston Business Association donated $2130 to the Palmetto High Air Force Junior ROTC to help Cadet members participate in the Southeast Region AFJROTC Cadet Officer Leadership School at Mercer University in June. Seventeen members of the PHS AFJROTC unit will travel to Mercer University in Macon, Georgia June 9-16 for the Leadership School. The Palmetto AFJROTC unit is under the direction of Lt. Col. Mike Creamer USAF retired. The GWBA matched individual member donations of $1630 to help offset costs of attending the school.
