Senior members at District 1 Area Career & Technology Center’s Construction Technology Class, under the supervision of Instructor Hal Black, recently designed and built five projects for the Williamston Spring Water Committee. The building consists of a church, house, school and three dog houses. These child sized buildings will be a new Children’s display in the 2012 Williamston Christmas Park. An additional two will be built in the fall. Donations from proceeds of Santa’s pictures along with the Spring Water festival was used for this project. Teresa Smith and Lori Edwards chose the color of each building.
