The Greenville & Western Railway Company will be rebuilding the Richard Chapman Road rail-highway crossing near Williamston July 23-26 and the Broyles Aveneue rail-highway grade crossing in Belton July 25-26.
It is anticipated the Richard Chapman Road crossing will be closed for aproximately four days. During he road closure, motorists shold use Belton Highway (SC 20) and Wesley Ellison Road as a detour route around the closure. The road will remain open to local traffic on each side of the crossing.
Detour fo the Broyles Aveneuce crossing in Belton is O’Neal St. and Campbell Street.
