Williamston Police officers investigated one incident in which a man was making meth in the house when officers arrived to serve a warrant and another in which a driver used a friend’s identity when she was stopped for speeding and when she appeared in court.

July 21 – Tommy Houston Snead, Jr., 34, 14 Poinsett St, Williamston was arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine after officers attempted to serve a warrant at the location. Officers were first told that he wasn’t there. Upon entering the residence, reports state officers observed a plastic water bottle with paper and plastic in one end and a white crystal-like susbstance in the bottom of the bottle.

Other items consistent with making meth were found inside along with a small baggie of white crystaline substance. Reports Snead left the residence by the back door and was found nearby under a trailer. J. Rogers, B. C. Kelley investigated.

July 20 – Dana Marie Reynolds, 23, 102 Montague Lane, Liberty reported a white T-shirt and makeup valued at $50 removed from her purse while visiting a friend at 118 Williamston Court. Sgt. E. T. Hutchins investigated.

July 20 – Russel Eugene Fowler, 52, 11 Ellison St, Williamston reported a metal yard swing and propane gas grill stolen from the residence. The items were valued at $300. J. Rogers investigated.

July 20 – Cynthia Diane Neaves, 27, 145 Noble Rd., Easley was arrested for driving under suspension after Bradley Neaves asked officers to be at the house in reference to a child custody issue. Sgt. E. T. Hutchins investigated.

July 19 – Officers responded to E. 4th Street in reference to several reports of possible shots fired. Officers checked the area and did not observe anyone or hear additional shots. L. E. Mulz, D. W. Bryant investigated.

July 16 – Daniel Lee Jones, 33, 2119 Beaverdam Rd., Williamston was arrested for outstanding bench warrant after a black Hyundai S Coupe was observed with the driver not wearing a seat belt. Lt. T. A. Striss investigated.

July 17 – Ricky Shane Reeves, 38, 113 Sentell Rd., Williamston was arrested for outstanding bench warrant after WPD was notified that the Spartanburg County Detention Center had him in custody. SGT/SRO L. D. Ritter investigated.

June 28 – Kiara Sade Greenlee, 22, 105 Strawberry Road, Anderson was arrested for speeding, driving under suspension and identity theft after Latishia Thompson, 22, 312 Hillcrest Circle, Anderson reported Greenlee had used her identity during a traffic stop in Williamston on June 11. During the investigation, it was determined that Greenlee was driving a vehicle owned by Alicia Clement when it was stopped. Greenlee then identified herself to officers as Latishia Thompson, because Greenlee’s license was suspended and “she didn’t want to go to jail.”

Reports state Greenlee also appeared in court as Thompson, pled guilty to the speeding charge and paid the fine of $185.

Warrants were served on Greenlee when she came to the WPD to discuss the incident. Capt. E. S. Russell investigated.
