Beginning this week, a new SPORTS EXTRA publication is being produced by the Sports Team at The Journal, Weekly Newspaper of Williamston, Pelzer, Piedmont, Powdersville and Moonville (South Greenville). It includes the Area’s Best Coverage of High School Sports for all four area schools including the Palmetto Mustangs, Wren Hurricanes, Powdersville Patriots and Woodmont Wildcats.
Coverage will include 12 weeks of fall sports beginning this week with the Football Preview.
Included are team pictures, varsity and JV, cheerleaders, rosters, schedules, weekly game preview, game of the week feature, player of the week, high school and college game predictions by The Sideline Shadow and more!
JV and C-Teams and Cheerleaders not featured this week will be in future editions.
The SPORTS EXTRA will be available FREE each week at many local businesses and will be available to readers of The Journal and online at http://www.maryland.cochranfirmcriminaldefense.com and www.powdersvillecourier.com.
