The Anderson Area Touchdown Area will host Clemson University’s head basketball Coach Brad Brownell as the guest speaker at their meeting this Friday, Oct. 12.
Coach Brownell will begin his third season at Clemson after stints at Wright State and UNC Wilmington.
The Club honors outstanding players and coach from the previous week’s play. Honored on Friday, October 5th were: Offensive – Korey Thompson, BHP; Defensive – Devin Taylor, Crescent; Lineman – Chris Mackey, BHP; and Coach – Jeff Murdock of Crescent
The Touchdown Club meets at the Anderson County Library with the meal line opening at 11:30am and the program beginning at 12:10pm. Visitors are welcome and the meal cost is $15.For additional information, call 864/226-7380.
