Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:

July 23 – Edwin Grier, Jr, 56, 18 Tripp St., Williamston was arrested for trespass notice after officers were dispatched to the Curb Market, 508 Greenville Dr., Williamston in reference to a disturbance. SGT/SRO L. D. Ritter investigatated.

July 23 – Jennifer Elaine Tyner, 36, 318 E. Carolina St., Williamston was arrested for public disorderly conduct after appearing in municipal court under the influence of alcohol. According to reports she was unsteady on her feet and speaking with slurred speech. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

july 24 – Chandler Allen Lindekugel, 44, 2 A Black St,. Williamston was arrested for public disorderly conduct and loitering to engage in drug activity after being observed attempting to purchase marijuana on Jehue St. He was transported to Anderson County Detention Center. T. D. Hoover investigated.

July 24 – Debbie Black, 2 Black St. Williamston reported someone broke into the residence gaining entry by throwing a black mail box through the front living room window. Items reported missing included a baby bed and baby clothing valued at $250. D. Crawford investigated.

July 23 – Linda Martin Hays, 608 N. Hamilton St., reported the passenger side tire of a 2002 Grand Prix GT slashed by an unidentified object while at Apartments at 110 Gossett St. T. Eichelberger investigated.

July 26 – Joseph Ryan Lee Bryant, 25, 315 Pisgah Dr., Greenville was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding 45/35 mph zone after a black Ford Crown Victoria with a paper tag was observed on E. Main St. A passenger in the vehicle, Kevin Norris was arrested for outstanding warrant in Greenville County. Norris was transported to the Greenville County line and turned over to Greenville County authorities, Bryant was transported to ACDC. R. Drennon, A. Eliopoulos investigagted.

July 26 – Edwin Grier, Jr. 56, 18 Tripp St., Williamston was arrested for public disorderly conduct after officers responded to Sav-Way 309 East Main St. in reference to a disturbance inside the store. He was transported to ACDC. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

July 26 – Tina Marie Byrum, 25, 627 Airline Rd,. Anderson was arrested for outstanding warrant in Honea Path after officers observed a gold color Honda Accord in Mineral Spring Park at 11:16 p.m. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

July 26 – Amanda Faye Donhue, 23, 201 Gethsemae Dr,. Greenville was arrested for giving false information to police. No additional information was provided. J. Rogers, CPL. L. E. Mulz investigated.

July 24 – VR Rhodes, 108 Dacus St. Williamston reported a tag on a 1976 Ford F100 truck missing. The tag was valued at $25. C. Whitfield investigated.

July 27 – Jamie Martin, Sebastin, 25, 300 S. Frankliln St,. Greenville was arrested for no SC drivers license, driving left of center and driving too fast for conditions after a 16 passenger church van was observed traveling at a high rate of speed (43/35 mph zone) on Cherokee Rd. Officers also observed the vehicle strike a mailbox at 109 Cherokee Rd. The vehicle was turned over to a licensed driver who was a member of the church the van belonged to. Sebastin was transported to ACDC without incident. Cpl. L. E. Mulz, Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

July 27 – Bobby Rutledge, 825 Joe Black Rd., Williamston reported a wallet with debit card, registration for two vehicles and social security card taken from a vehicle at 13 Randall St. T. D. Hoover investigated.
