Williamston Police Officers investigated several thefts of heating and air units and other incidents including:

Sept. 7 – Sherry Lynn Kelly, 39, 4 E 2nd St., Williamston was arrested for disorderly conduct after an incident at 16 E. 1st. St. J. Rogers investigated.

Sept. 7 – Jimmy Ellison, 1200 Anderson Dr., Williamston reported a Kawasaki dirt bike stolen from a storage lot at the location. The motorcycle, valued at $1000, was a recovered stolen vehicle from the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office. J. Rogers investigated.

Sept. 7 – Jacob Euclett McCann, 27, 600 Parker St, Williamston reported a tag stolen from a 1994 Toyota Corolla. The tag was valued at $25. J. Rogers investigated.

Sept. 7 – Mike Simpson, 105 Simpson St,. Williamston reported an unknown suspect had driven through a grass yard at the entrance to the subdivision causing damage. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

Sept. 5 – Michelle Lea Scroggs, 27, 12 Green St., Pelzer was issued a summons for operating uninsured vehicle, defective equipment and suspended license plate after a brown Honda was observed on Greenville Dr. without a tag light. M. E., Simmons investigated.

Sept. 4 – Patrick Blake Page, 18, 204 Gimi Way, Greer was arrested for CDV 1st after officers were dispatched to 6 S. Green St,. in reference to a domestic dispute, Cpl. L. E. Mulz, J. Rogers investigated.

Sept. 2 – Patricia Love McClain, 46, 1068 Dean Springs Rd., Belton reported $253 missing from a purse in her vehicle while at 3 Ellison St,. Williamston. Sgt. C. Whitfield investigated.

Sept. 1 – Wade Pepper, 16 Harper St. Williamston reported two window heat and air units stolen from a rental house at 18 Harper St. One of the units, a Frigidaire, was valued at $600. T. L. Eichelberger investigatged.

Aug. 31 – Kelly Viers, 63, 502 Palmetto Rd., Williamston reported a red Troy-Bilt tiller valued at $250 taken from his yard. M. E. Simmons, Sgt. T. D. Hoover investigated.

Aug. 30 – Brandy Leigh Wren, 17 Middleton Blvd., reported items stolen from her vehicle at Middleton Blvd. apartments including a denim bag valued at $25, Skull Candie head phones valued at $150, an IPOD Nano valued at $189 and black Sketcher shoes valued at $40. T. L. Eichelberger investigated.

Aug. 28 – A 15 year old black male juvenile was arrested for petit larceny at Palmetto High School, 804 N. Hamilton St., Williamston after a 15 year old white student reported he had taken $5 from his hand. According to reports, the juvenile was suspended for three days for theft and lying. A 14 year old white female was also suspended for holding the money for the suspect. SGT/SRO L. D. Ritter investigated.

Aug. 28 – Matthew Brennen Davis, 23, 305 Mauldin St,. Williamston was arrested for outstanding warrant after a traffic stop on Anderson Dr., Sgt. C. Whitfield investigated.

Aug. 28 – Dollar General, 526 West Main St., Williamston reported a counterfeit $10 bill being passed at the store. The bill was placed into evidence. J. B. Sanders investigated.

Aug. 25 – Larry Blaine Palmer, of Williamston reported a heating and air unit valued at $2200 stolen from 11 A St., in Williamston. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.
