The U. S. Military Vets Motorcycle Club of Williamston will sponsor a benefit auction for Wreaths Across Amercia on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 2 p.m. The benefit will be held at the Sunset Grill next to the VFW on Hwy. 29 near Anderson. Activities will include an auction, raffle, karaoke contest unitl 7 p.m. The benefit will help provide Christmas wreaths on graves at the “Dolly” CooperVeterans cemetery.
The cemetery is the only State run veterans cemetery in South Carolina. On Dec. 14, wreaths will be placed on the veterans graves. For more information contact Gene harris at 864-328-8616.
