A Pelzer EMS paramedic walks a young girl to the ambulance following a two vehicle accident on Highway 20 South, Tuesday night. Another victim is being taken to an ambulance on a stretcher. Six people total, four adults and two children were injured after two cars collided after one pulled from a convenience store into the path of another.
