Thanksgiving
The Journal office will close Wednesday, Nov. 27 at noon for the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29 and will reopen with regular business hours on Monday, Dec. 2 at 9 a.m.
Christmas Deadline
The Journal will have an early deadline of 12 noon Thursday, Dec. 19 for the Christmas and New Year’s week issues. All news, advertising and classifieds must be submitted by the deadline to be included in the Dec. 25 issue. The Dec. 25 issue of The Journal will be distributed in home and on news stands on Monday, Dec. 23. The Journal office will be closed the week of Dec. 23-26.
New Year’s Deadline
Items being submitted for the Jan. 1, 2014 issue of The Journal are encouraged to be submitted by 12 noon Dec. 19. The office will be closed Dec. 23-26. The office will be open Friday, Dec. 27 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon to accept news and classifieds for the New Years issue.
The New Year issue will be delivered in home and available on newstands on Tuesday, Dec. 31.
