After consulting with law enforcement, Woodmont High School was placed on lockdown Thursday at the direction of the Greenville County School District Superintendent. According to law enforcement officials, information was received that a former student was involved in an incident at Palmetto High School in Anderson Count. Greenville County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to Woodmont in an effort to assist in the precautionary measures set forth by the School District.
