Sept. 1 – Officers were dispatched to the Williamston Curb Market in reference to a burglary. According to reports, officers were dispatched in reference to broken glass alarm at the business at 508 Greenville Drive. Video surveillance showed a white male parked on the south side of the business and then used an unknown object to break a 4×4 foot pane. He then entered the store and removed 5 to 10 packs of Pall Mall cigarettes valued at $40. C. Samuel, Cpl. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Aug. 31 – Charles Victor Davis, 49, 116 Oakland Terrace, Williamston was arrested for outstanding bench warrant in Honea Path after a gray Jeep was stopped on Greenville Drive at West Caroline St. T. L. Eichelberger investigated.

Aug. 23 – Joyce Ann McKellar, 35, 108 S. C&K Drive, Belton was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle, driving under suspension and failure to surrender a suspended tag after a black Toyota was observed on Hamilton Street wih a defective brake lamp. M. E. Simmons investigated.

Aug. 22 – Alex Blake Payne, 22, 8215 Stoner Rd #603, Riverview, Fl. was arrested for simple possession of marijuana and failure to surrender tag after a blue Mustang was observed on Main St. Approximately 4.9 grams of a substance believed to be marijuana was found in back pocket of the passenger seat. Aug. 29 – Raymond Edward Cadden, 56, 213 Mauldin St., Williamston was arrested for discharging a firearm (shotgun) in the town limits after officers were dispatched to the address in reference to shots being fired. R. Drennon investigated.

Aug. 31 – Officers investigated an incident in which several teen males in a white pick-up truck took cones valued at $100 from a location on Minor Street. The cones were surrounding a pot hole in the street. T. L. Eichelberger investigated.
