Vendors offered a variety of products for homesteaders, farmers, gardeners, and people interested in natural and local products. A number of regular vendors at the Palmetto Farmers Market each Thursday also displayed items at the festival.
Visitors could purchse a variety of plants, natural gardening products, soaps, lotions, salves, pet food and treats, food preparation and preservation equipment, note cards, products made from recycled and repurposed items, wool and regular farmers market products during the one day event, Organizer Rebecca McKinney said.

The Blue Ridge Rounders and Big Spike Hammer performed bluegrass music in the park.
The Palmetto Area Cultural Arts Center also featured old time music and arts in the Artory, (former armory) located on Gossett St. Information and demonstrations included Basketry, Williamston Chalybeate Spring Glazed Pottery, silhouette drawing, 19th century dance demonstrations and instruction.
McKinney, said the event offered a free family-friendly day with lots of fun activities. The festival is sponsored by the SC Organization for Organic Living and the Town of Williamston.
