The man who was arrested in connection with a fatal hit and run on Hyw. 86 in Piedmont last week was involved in a motorcycle crash on Sunday. According to the SC Highway Patrol, Jason Yeargin, 33, bonded out of jail in connection with the fatal Hwy. 86 crash then wrecked his motorcycle on Sunday. Troopers said Yeargin was the only one involved in the wreck. After being released from the hospital, he was taken to the Anderson County Detention Center facing charges of driving under the influence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle that was not registered.
