According to organizers, the 12th annual West Pelzer Fall Festival had a record breaking attendance. A long line of little, and some not so little, Superheroes, Pirates, Princess’ and zombies filled the Pelzer Ball Field Friday night as they waited patiently for free candy, pizza, drinks and popcorn. Music was provided by the David Tilley Project and entertainment was provided by the Restoration Chapel F2O Clown Ministry.

West Pelzer Town Clerk and co-organizer Paula Payton said, “Thank you to all our area businesses, churches and volunteers.”

Helping with the event were: West Pelzer Fire Department, West Pelzer Police Department, Pelzer Rescue Squad, Town of Pelzer, Design Depot, Augusta Road Dance Academy, BiLo of Pelzer, Little Caesars of Williamston, Eddie Darby, The Blood Connection, the Golden Strip Shrine Club, the State Constables, Hannah Turner, Haylie Gravely, Emilie Marshall, the West Pelzer Crime Watch block captains Joni Holt, Justin Emery and Family, Shyanne Webb and family, Net’s Flowers, Calham’s Orchard and West Pelzer Town employees and families.

“The Town of West Pelzer would like to thank everyone for their support in making this year’s Fall Festival a huge success,” Mayor Peggy Paxton said.
