West Pelzer firefighters and Pelzer EMS personnel work at the scene of a two vehicle accident on Tuesday night. A pickup truck ran out of the roadway and through a large shrub before striking a vehicle that was parked in the parking lot at Advance Auto Parts on Highway 20.
