Codie Sloan, a senior at Wren High School, and WPPB The Pulse Radio were the recipients of two National Awards at the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System Conference held recently in New York City. Codie was a finalist in four catagories and won Best PSA and Best Newscast. WPPB The Pulse Radio is a student run internet radio station at the Anderson District I & II Career and Technology Center.
