A Williamston man has been arrested and is facing multiple criminal sexual conduct charges involving underage victims.
According to warrrants, Anderson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested James Cisson, 41, of Williamston for inappropriately touching a child between the ages of 9 and 11 on April 11. He is being charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor third degree for that offense.
Cisson is also accused of performing sexual acts on a female victim who was under the age of 11 between Aug.1, 2011 and Feb. 2, 2013. According to warrants he is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor first degree for those offenses.
Between Feb. 3, 2013 and April 11, 2015, warrants state that Cisson performed sexual acts on a victim who was between 11 and 13 years old. He is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor victim 11 to 14 years of age second degree for those offenses.
According to warrants Cisson was “in a position of custodial authority to coerce” the victims in the case.
Cisson was arrested on Tuesday and is being held at the Anderson Co. Detention Center
