Greenville County LEC to hold memorial service

Local, state and federal law enforcement officers along with the residents of upstate South Carolina are invited to the Greenville County Law Enforcement Center on Tuesday May 12th at 11:00 a.m. to remember the officers who have paid the ultimate price while protecting citizens of Greenville County.

Representatives from the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, Greenville City Police Department, and the South Carolina Highway Patrol will be attending the Law Enforcement Memorial Service. During the service, there will be a memorial roll call for all of the Greenville law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty.

The Blood Connection will be conducting a blood drive on Tuesday, May 12th in the front parking lot of The Greenville County Law Enforcement Center. Everyone is encouraged to pay tribute to these fallen officers by giving blood and saving the lives of others. Each individual giving blood will receive a commemorative law enforcement t-shirt.
