The Town of Pelzer will hold a special meeting of council on Wednesday, May 27th at 6:30 p.m. at Pelzer Town Hall at 103 Courtney Street. The item of consideration is 1st reading of the revenue bond ordinance to finance the loan portion of the grant/loan for the Phase 2 Sewer Project. The loan is for approximately $1.5 million to be repaid over a period of 40 years.
