Walberg started his television career as an assistant at Dick Clark Productions and quickly found his way in front of the camera as the announcer of the popular game show Shop Til You Drop. It was there that the late Brandon Tartikoff noticed his work, and that association produced the nationally syndicated The Mark Walberg Show.
Since then, Walberg has hosted and been featured in an array of popular talk, reality and game shows including Temptation Island and The Moment of Truth —both hit reality shows on the FOX network—as well as garnered two Emmy nominations as host of the PBS hit series Antiques Roadshow, which he has hosted for the past 10 seasons.
