Duke Energy announced there will be a planned power outage lasting about 15 minutes on December 9 at 10 a.m. for some Williamston area customers. Due to some circuit changes customers along Anderson Dr. between Beaverdam Rd and Willingham Rd just outside of Williamston will be affected. Customers will be notified by automated phone call, Duke Energy officials said.
