Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:

Dec. 1 – Audrey Denise Latimer Mosely, 49, 5 Randall St., Williamston reported a burglary in which someone stole an XBox, silver IPhone4, brown Timberland boots and a silver 5 disk CD player from the residence. The items were valued at $950. T. L. Eichelberger investigated.

Dec. 1 – Billy Michael Singleton, 62, 810 Tripp St., Williamston was issued a summons for violation of town ordinance requiring town water and sewer services for occupancy of a residential building. According to reports, Singleton for an outstanding water bill of over $400 dating back to June and has no running water, sewer or electricity at the residence. G. Cremer investigated.

Dec. 2 – A neighbor on Green St. reported a possible burglary at 206 S. Green St. after a tall slim man in a gray hoodie was seen on the porch. Officers searched the area but were unable to find a person matching the description. No entry was made and nothing was taken from the property. S. N. Robison investigated.

Dec. 4 – Kayla Louise Lopez, 23, 252 Belton Farm Rd., Belton was arrested for outstanding bench warrant for possession of marijuana after Belton Police Dept. notified Williamston PD that they had her in custody. Belton PD transported Lopez to the ACC where the warrant was served. S. R. Graham investigated.

Dec. 7 – Officers were dispatched to 500 Parker St. in reference to a burglary. According to reports Linda McGaha, of Anderson reported that someone broke a window and a 40 inch flat screen TV valued at $400 was missing. M. Beeman investigated.

Dec. 8 – Cash Time, 8 Greenville Dr., Williamston reported a customer cashed an altered check in the amount of $341.16 on the account of Trailerlogic LLC, Belton. Reports state the check was originally made out for only $41.16. The incident remains under investigation. G. Cremer investigated.

Dec. 8 – Cash Time, 8 Greenville Dr., Williamston reported a customer cashed a check from J&M Warehouse made out in the amount of $258.81. According to reports the check was unauthorized and forged. The incident remains under investigation. G. Cremer investigated.
