Local pastors join for Holy Week Services


Calvary Baptist to host

Calvary Baptist Church in Williamston is hosting Holy Week Services Mar. 21-25, sponsored by churches in the Williamston community. The services will begin at 12:00 noon with a free lunch provided at 12:30 p.m. The messages each day will be brought by local pastors and focus on the events leading up to the Crucifixion of Jesus on Good Friday. On Monday, Rev. Darrin Johnson from New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church will bring the message.

On Tuesday, Rev. Brad Bardin from First Baptist Church will speak, followed by Rev. Lee Cole of Pelzer United Methodist Church on Wednesday and Rev. Robbie Robertson of Trinity Baptist Church on Thursday. Rev. Chris Huff of Beaverdam Baptist Church will close the week on Friday. Special music will also be provided.

Calvary Baptist Church is located at 10 Academy St. in Williamston. A nursery will be provided for children age 3 & under. If you have any questions, please call the church office at 847-9215.
