The Pelzer Heritage Commission will hold a social get-together for upper and lower mill residents at the Pelzer Community Building in the Monkey Park on May 12 at 7 pm. Pelzer residents can find out more about the community and representatives can answer questions that you may have. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Heritage Commission member Gilbert Garrett will be doing a short presentation on Pelzer that was recently shown to members of the Governors Staff.
“Put this on your calendar and come and ask questions that you want answers to,” said Pelzer Heritage member Larry Coker. “I hope that all of you that are on Facebook that live on the mill hill will spread the word. This is open to the public also. We would love to pack the community building.”
