Williamston Police Officers investigated domestic violence, shouting of profanities in public, an aggressive pitbull and possession of methamphetamine. Among incidents investigated were the following:

May 3 – Rodrickus Rashaun Anderson, 26, 142 Jeremy Dr. #H5 Williamston, was arrested for criminal domestic violence after officers were dispatched to 201 E. Main St. in reference to a domestic situation in the parking lot of Rite Aid. The vehicle in question had left and was located in the parking lot at Town Hall. According to reports, Anderson and Morissa Queen Geib, 34, of same address had a verbal argument in the vehicle. Geib stated she pulled into Rite Aid and Anderson grabber her around the neck. Reports state there were obvious red marks and signs of strangulation. A warrant was obtained and Anderson was arrested and transported to ACDC without incident. Cpl. L. E. Mulz, Z. T. May 3 – Jordan Cornelius Bowens, 101 Matison St, Williamston was arrested after officer J. Sargent was contacted by Principal Robert Roach in reference to a verbal altercation that occurred in the hallways of Palmetto High School, 804 N. Hamilton St.

Roach reported a loud commotion in the school, which took place in front of a student and young child, in which Bowens was shouting profanities at a juvenile female and the female was exchanging profanities back.

Bowens then struck the cafeteria plexiglass windows with his fist. Sargent spoke with Judge Lollis to obtain a warrant for public disorderly conduct for the use of obscene language within hearing distance/on grounds of a school.

May 5 – Keith Edward Sarber, 27, 3246 W. Georgia Road, Piedmont was issued a summons for suspended license and outstanding family court bench warrant after an orange Ford van was observed on South Hamilton St. without a tag light. He was transported to the 7/11 on Hwy. 8 and released to the custody of Pickens county. M. Beeman investigated.

May. 5 – Garland Duane Hughes, 57, 12 itto St., LaFrance, SC was issued a summons for operating an uninsured vehicle, driving under suspension and license plate tag failure to surrender after a gray Dodge truck was observed on South Academy St., with no tag light. M. Beeman, C. Green investigated.

May 7 – Mark Alan Work, Jr., 35, 16 W 2nd St., Williamston was arrested for damaging a police vehicle and public disorderly after officers were dispatched to the residenc in reference to a verbal altercation. According to reports Work stated he had called because he was hit on his face by his wife. Reports state there was no sign of any bruises.

While in the front yard with officers, he began screaming and using profanity. due to being out of control, very inebriated and disorderly, he was place under arrests and continue to resist arrest and struggle with officers. As he was being transported he began hitting his head on the glass cage and glass divider causing bleeding.

Due to aggressive behavior officers decided to transport him to AnMed for medical attention. There was also damage to the vehicle door due to Work continuously hitting his head against the window. T. L. Eichelberger, K. Anthony investigated.

May 8 – Ashley Brooke McGaha, 34, 7 W 3rd St., Williamston was issued a summons for animal running at large after officers were dispatched in reference to a pitbull in the neighborhood acting aggressive and charging people as they exited their vehicle. McGaha had recently been cited and convicted of the same offense for the same animal. Cpl. L. E. Mulz investigated.

May 8 – Cody Keith Dalrymple, 21, 130 Hemlock Dr,. Williamston was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and manner of driving after officers observed a black Mustang disregard a stop sign at Main St,. and Minor St. Officers found less than a gram of a green leafy substance field tested positive for marijuana and a bowl commonly used for smoking marijuana. He was cited for manner of driving for disregarding the stop sign. Cpl. L. E. Mulz investigated.

May 9 – Denardis Jamont Kilgo, 35, 101 Crawford St,. Williamston reported a gaming system, clothing items and other misc. items missing from 11 Ellis Avenue. The items were valued at $200. M. Beeman investigated.

May 10 – Denardis Jamont Kilgo, 35, 101 Crawford St., Williamston was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possessin of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to 213A Mauldin St,. in reference to Kilgo knocking on the windows.

Kilgo was exiting the passenger seat of a white Ford Ranger. During the investigation officers observed a ziplock bag containing white pills inthe front seat of the veicle.

Reports state a black plastic baggie containing crystal like shards field tested postive as methamphetamine were also found in a cigarette pack in Kilgo’s pocket. A black case with a glass meth bowl was found in the passenger seat. S. N. Robinson investigated.
