Anderson County Wastewater will be conducting a smoke test on sewer lines throughout the Powdersville area June 7 through June10 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. During the test, smoke may escape from sewer lines, service lines and plumbing roof vents on structures. The smoke is harmless, and is being applied as preventative maintenance, county Wastewater officials said. Smoke testing will be on the following streets:
