Absentee voting underway for runoff election

In-person absentee voting for the runoff election next Tuesday, June 28 is now underway.

Registered voters in Anderson County, who qualify, and need to cast an absentee ballot for Republican Runoff for Solicitor, House District 7 and County Council District 3, can do so weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. until the day before the election.

“In-person absentee voting for the Republican Runoff is open to any voters that voted in the Republican Primary or did not vote at all.” said Katy Smith, Director.
