The Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Williamston will meet on Tuesday, June 28, at 6 p.m. at the Williamston Municipal Center. The Board will consider a request from Gerald Burger for a variance to erect a structure on his property at 134 Crown Court. At present the plan does not comply with the setback requirements set forth in the Code of Ordinances for the Town of Williamston. The meeting will be open to the public. Any interested party may appear and be heard at this meeting in person, by agent, or by attorney.
