Crime Stoppers offers reward for info on missing man

Emmanuel Cornelius QuarlesresAnderson Area Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the location of Emmanuel Cornelius Quarles. Quarles was reported missing to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office on April 21, 2015. He was last seen in Anderson County about 10 am on Wednesday April 20, 2015 leaving a residence on Woodhaven Road in Pendleton. Later that day, an unconfirmed sighting of Quarles was made at the Road Runner Convenience Store, 10900 Clemson Boulevard in Seneca (Oconee County).

The vehicle in which Quarles was reportedly seen in Oconee County was located in Pickens County on April 29, but Quarles was not located.

Several agencies including the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office and the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office, have been working together to help locate Quarles; so far with negative results.

Quarles is described as a black male, age 28, 5’7″, 150lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
