The Pelzer Heritage Comission, Town of Pelzer and Pelzer Church of God will hold the Pelzer Fall Festival on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be fun rides for the kids, a puppet show, games and prizes, crafts and more. One fun event will be a Monkey Hide and Seek. The first one hundred people to find all will receive a free prize monkey. Entertainment includes gospel music 9 am to 11 am and a variety of music by the Hot as a Pepper band from 12 until 3. Pelzer Church of God will have free hotdogs. There will also be free popcorn, drinks and peanuts. The event will be held in the Pelzer Monkey Park, located behind Bi-Lo at the intersection of Hwy. 20 and Hwy. 8.
