State and County Officials break ground on a new park alng the East-West Parkway in Anderson. SC House District 9 Rep. Anne Thayer presented a check from the State of South Carolina for $425,000to Anderson County to be used for the new East-West Parkway Park. District 1 Councilman Francis Crowder accepted the check from Rep. Thayer on behalf of Anderson County (Pictured). Councilman Crowder appropriated $112,900 from Anderson County to bring the East-West Parkway project to fruition.
