Anderson County Sheriff’s Deputies reported the following incidents this week:

EASLEY

Oct. 21 – S.S. Barnes responded to 2115 Old Pendleton Rd. where Brian Donnelley reported the theft of power and hand tools from his truck. The loss was estimated at $2975.

Oct. 21 – J.M. Pelfrey was dispatched to 3200 Hwy. 153 where Dennis Jefferson reported that someone had stolen his 1991 long bed Ranger truck, with tools and recreational equipment in it. The loss was estimated at $2275.

Oct. 24 – J.A. Clark responded to the Super 8 Motel at 3104 Hwy.153, where Dustin Cooper, of Blountville, TN reported the theft of his company truck (no description given) valued at $15,000.

PELZER

Oct. 22 – J.K. Vickery responded to 508 Woodcock Rd. where Ronald Holdbrooks stated that his nephew had slept in his shed the previous night, but that Holdbrooks ran him off after realizing he was using meth again. Shortly after, he saw smoke from the back of his property and discovered a series of grass fires that had been started in a straight line. He notified the fire department.

PIEDMONT

Oct. 23 – J.M. Pelfrey responded to 798 Shiloh Church Rd. where Matthew Erz reported the theft of six new BF Goodrich tires from his storage building at that site. The loss was estimated at $900.

WILLIAMSTON

Oct.22 – J.D. Reed responded to 121 Windfield Rd. where Celoria Breazeale reported the theft of his 2002 Toyota Corolla, with SC tag # LJT135. The loss was estimated at $2500.
