An individual wanted by multiple law enforcement agencies was apprehended by Anderson County deputies along with members of the DEA Task Force Team. According to Anderson County sheriffs office Staff Sgt. Digirolamo, Jonathan Wayne Herndon, 33 was arrested Sunday afternoon at a home on Richardson Dr. near West Pelzer. Greenville, Anderson, and Spartanburg Sheriff’s office all have active warrants out for his arrest. Sundays arrest was for a stolen motorcycle, which resulted in the charges of Grand Larceny and Receiving Stolen Goods. The DEA task force assisted because they help with high risk warrants to be served. Suspect was taken taken into custody without incident. The sheriffs office helicopter also assisted.
