Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
Dec. 6 – Tammy James Winburn, 559 W. Main St., Williamston reported someone in a blue pick-up truck carrying a refrigerator in the back hit her car in the Haven of Rest parking lot and left. Damage was estimated at $1000. T. L. Eichelberger investigated.
Dec. 10 – Dollar General, 526 West Main St,. Williamston reported a shoplifting incident in which two black males entered the store and took unknown items. Video footage confirmed one of the males concealed something but the item could not be made out. R. Maxwell investigated.
Dec. 12 – Reginald Jerome Henderson, 50, 2 Chinaberry Ln., Simpsonville and a Russell Quinn, 50, address unknown, were arrested for being in possession of a stolen motorcycle and a stolen truck after officers were dispatched to Ridge and Woodmere area in reference to a suspicious male going door to door asking for gas money. The truck, valued at $11,000 was stolen out of Anderson County. The motorcycle was valued at $2,000. T. L. Eichelberger investigated.
Dec. 12 – Juan J. Salcido Fuentes, 49, 122 Royal Dr., Williamston reported a champagne color vehicle valued at $20,000 stolen while at Fast Fuel, 207 West Main St. in Williamston. Salcido stated he left his keys in the vehicle and running. The vehicle has a broken tail light. Sgt. L. E. Mulz investigated.
