The Williamston Police Department, with assistance of Anderson County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating an armed robbery of the O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Williamston. The robbery happened about 4:45 pm this afternoon (Monday).
According to reports, the suspect robbed store and left in Ford Taurus on Hamilton Street in the direction of Belton. Belton Police Officers set up and stopped the vehicle. The suspect fled on foot and was quickly apprehended.
