Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
July 31 – Amanda Louree Reeves, 39, 25 Black St., Williamston reported a broken window and blood on the floor, refrigerator and bathroom. Achair was found near the outside window of the bedroom where the window was broken. Reports state she could not find anything missing. R. Drennon investigated.
July 30 – James Winton Robertson, 26, 110 Gossett Dr., Williamston reported unknown subject entered his unlocked 2014 Toyota Camry and opened the dash and center console. Reports state no items were missing. L. B. Culbertson investigated.
July 30 – Jennifer Diane Gibbs, 32, 316 East Carolina St., Williamston reported items valued at $1340 stolen from inside her residence. Det. G. Culbertson investigated.
July 30 – Brandon Scott Jackson, 23, 112 Briggs St., Anderson reported items taken from a 1993 Jeep Cherokee while at 110 Gossett Dr., D5. Items taken from the unlocked vehicle included a Husky red work tote bag, $50; Stanley Plastic tool box (black and yellow) $80; Specialized hardwood install floor tools including a rubber mallet, $100; 2 Bostic wall jacks, $200; Bostic blue knee pads, $50; Bostic air floor nailer and miscellaneous tools valued at $250. Total value of the items amounted to $1800. L. B. Culbertson investigated.
July 30 – Latasha Patrice Elliott, 36, 100 Gossett Dr., A2, Williamston reported an unknown subject opened the drivers side door of her 2014 Nissan Vera and took a Blue Tooth stereo speaker valued at $150. R. Drennon investigated.
July 30 -T. C. Taylor, a property owner in Shorebrook subdivision, was notified that he was in violation of town ordinance, 90-274 and had ten days to be in compliance. M. E. Eddleman investigated.
July 29 – Angela H. Riddle, 53, 118C St., Williamston reported a town trash bin taken from the property along with town outdoor folding chairs. The bin is valued at $200. M. Beeman investigated.
July 28 – James Stone, 218 Easley Hwy., Pelzer reported a moped stolen from 501 Greenville Drive. The TaoTao ATM 50 moped was valued at $799. J. Sargent investigated.
July 27 – Daniel M. Rodriquez, 21, 5 Sullivan St., Williamston reported a brick thrown through one of the bedroom windows causing $200 in damage. C. C. Brown, K. Anthony investigated.
July 27 – Officers responded to 307 E. Caroline St., in reference to unauthorized subjects living at the residence without water or electricity. According to reports there was electricity but Duke Power informed officers there was supposed to be no power to the apartment. A grinder with a small piece of a green leafy substance and a rou inch glass pipe were in plain sight and were seized. No charges were filed at the time, however two people, Clint Slater and Amanda Wilson were placed on trespass notice. The legal tenant of the property had been served with eviction papers and adhered to the eviction notice and already abandoned the property. T. L. Eichelberger investigated.
July 24 – Shanon Lee Kay, 36, 113 Jill Dr., Liberty was arrested for public drunkenness, driving under suspension and habitual offender after officers responded to Anderson Drive in reference to a drunk driver in a white Ford F-150. The vehicle was stopped when it pulled into a residence in the 1000 block of Anderson Drive. Kay was arrested and placed into the back seat of the patrol car where he began banging on the back seat. Nothing was broken and he was transported to ACDC without further incident. K. Anthony investigated.
