Two people were injured Saturday morning in a two vehicle accident on Highway 418 near Burgess School Road. A pickup truck pulling a trailer with mowers and another vehicle collided causing the truck to overturn. The two occupants of the truck were transported to the hospital by Greenville County EMS.
