The effects of Hurricane Michael, which came through the upstate as a Tropical Storm last week, were minimal in our area, though there were reports of some trees down and flooding. Williamston’s Mineral Spring Park flooded early Thursday morning as nearly three inches of rain fell in twelve hours.
