The newest Envision Williamston mural, entitled “Mineral Waters: Then and Now”, is now on the side of Friendly’s Barber Shop on Greenville Drive in Williamston. It was designed by Heather Dowell. Palmetto High School Art students Kerrigan Campbell and Rebecca Stephen, along with teacher Gregg Davis, painted the design for the mural.
