What a better way to celebrate Summer than a Dog Days of Summer Dog Show!!! The Dog Days of Summer event will be held this Saturday, August 3 in West Pelzer. Dog Show applications available the day of the event. All applicants will be entered into the category of “Best in Show.” Participants will be asked to walk their canine friend on the stage to perform a trick or strut. All dogs must be leashed at all times. This is a family friendly, 100% free event with music, inflatables, food and good family fun!!!
West Pelzer will also host a National Night Out event on Aug. 6. It will include inflatables, food and interaction with fire and police departments. The event will begin after the council meeting which includes the opening of a new Grand Gallery exhibit.
