The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Missing Person case. Eric Anthony Owings, 39, (pictured here) was last seen at Walmart on Anderson Road in Piedmont on February 18, 2020.At this time, ACSO does not have a last known clothing description however, he has a tattoo on his neck saying “Mama Tried” as well as tattoos all over his arms including a tiger paw on right arm and a cross on the left arm.
Owings is approximately 6’0, 165 lbs, has blonde hair and blue eyes.
