Williamston Police looking for man wanted for sexual misconduct with minor

Wanted Person In An On-going Investigation

The Williamston Police Department is looking for a Williamston man wanted in connection with sexual misconduct with a minor.
Williamston Police are asking assistance with locating Richard Scott Holliday, 27, who had five outstanding warrants. He is described as 5 ft. 11 in. tall, 207 pounds, brown hair and green eyes.

Holliday is being sought in connection to an on-going investigation into sexual misconduct with juvenile victims between October and December, 2019.
The agency currently has obtained the following arrest warrants for Holliday:
2020A0420900032 – Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature
2020A0420900033 – Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor
2020A0420900034 – Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Third Degree
2020A0420900036 – Attempted Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Second Degree
2020A0420900037 – Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor
Holliday is last believed to be in the area of Burl’s Ford in Oconee County, SC and driving a 1999 Chevrolet 3500 HD pick-up truck, primer gray with a white hood in color, bearing S.C. license tag RYS 906.
It is unknown if Holliday is armed with a weapon.
