On Thursday (Nov. 19) the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) reported 1,410 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 82 probable cases.
Anderson County reported 76 new cases. one probable case of COVID and 3 deaths related to COVID.
Greenville County reported 227 new cases, 8 probable cases and 2 deaths related to COVID.
DHEC also reported 17 new confirmed deaths and 2 probable deaths related to COVID.
This brings the total number of deaths to 3,924 and probable deaths to 277.
There were 9,729 individual test results reported statewide yesterday (not including antibody tests) and 14.5% percent were positive.
There were 815 COVID patients in hospitals. Of those 203 were in ICU and 108 ventilated.
