On Tuesday (Nov. 24) the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) reported 1,374 new confirmed cases and 59 probable cases of the COVID-19.

DHEC also reported 23 new confirmed deaths and two probable deaths related to COVID-19.
Anderson County reported 82 new cases, one probable case and 1 death related to COVID.
Greenville County reported 218 new cases, 11 probable cases and 4 deaths related to COVID.

This brings the total number of confirmed and probable deaths to 4,010 and 303 since the first death earlier this year.

Greenville County is still leading the state in number of cases reported each day. York County was second with 141 new cases and 4 probable cases.

There were 10,407 individual test results reported statewide yesterday (not including antibody tests) and 13.2% of those were positive.

There were 873 COVID patients in hospitals. Of those 211 were in ICU and 83 ventilated.
