SCDHEC Weekend Update – Nov. 25-30

On Monday (Nov. 30) the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) 1,174 new confirmed cases and 13 new probable cases of COVID-19
DHEC also reported 27 new confirmed deaths and one probable death related to COVID.

Anderson County reported 72 new cases and one death related to COVID.
Greenville County lead the state again with 181 new cases of COVID and 5 deaths related to COVID.
The deaths in Anderson and Greenville were all elderly persons.

This brings the total confirmed deaths related to COVID to 4,077 and probable deaths to 304.

There were 6,514 individual test results reported statewide and 18% percent were positive.

On Sunday (Nov. 29) DHEC reported 1,053 new cases and 8 probable cases of COVID.
DHEC reported 7 new confirmed deaths across the state.
Anderson County reported 35 new cases and no deaths.
Greenville County reported 174 new cases and one probable case with no new deaths.

There were 8,279 individual test results reported statewide and 12.7% were positive.

On Saturday (Nov. 28) DHEC reported 1,797 new cases of coronavirus and no COVID deaths across the state.

There were 13,915 individual test results reported with 12.9% positive.

On Friday (Nov. 27)

 

On Wed. Nov. 25, DHEC reported 1,243 new confirmed cases and 84 probable cases of COVID.
There were 4 deaths reported.
Anderson County reported 50 new cases, Greenville County reported 150 new cases and 1 death related to COVID.

There were 8,991 individual test results reported statewide with 13.8% positive.
